  • Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Certain items, such as personalized or final-sale products, are non-exchangeable.

2. Exchange Process

  • Provide order details and reason for exchange.

  • Ship the product back at your own cost (unless the item was defective or incorrect).
